Terms of Service (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the otazkuj application (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Decompile or reverse engineer the App
• Use the App for illegal purposes
• Circumvent security measures of the App
• Use the App in a way that could harm other users
• Create automated systems to access the App

4. User Conduct

When using the App, you agree to behave respectfully towards other users. Inappropriate behavior, including offensive nicknames or harassment, may result in restricted or banned access to the App.

5. Intellectual Property

All content of the App, including questions, graphics, logos, and design, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without our express consent.

6. In-App Purchases and PRO Version

The App offers a PRO version that unlocks additional question categories and premium features.

Purchase Terms:

• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Payment will be charged to your account upon confirmation of purchase
• The purchase is one-time and provides permanent access to PRO features
• Purchases are non-refundable unless required by law or store policies
• The PRO version is tied to your app store account and can be restored on new devices

7. Refunds

Refund requests are processed according to the policies of the relevant app store (Apple App Store / Google Play Store). If you have issues with a purchase, contact the store's support or email us at podpora@otazkuj.cz.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time and for any reason without prior notice. Upon termination, all rights granted under these terms cease. Purchased PRO version remains valid even after termination of free access, unless termination was caused by violation of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. By continuing to use the App after changes, you agree to the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. All disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
